LUNCH
Lunch at THE DOUGH WORKS, is a unique and casual affair. We supply great coffee, homemade cakes and our famous Panuozzo's.
A Panuozzo is a popular Neapolitan street food. It starts with our homemade sourdough drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, dusted with sea salt & rosemary, and flipped in half to bake fresh every morning, creating a crispy and airy bread for lots of fillings.
To be enjoyed in house or to take out on a lunch break.
Mortadella, Mozzarella, Prosciutto, Buratta, Homemade Pesto, Rocket, Sundried Tomatoes, Nduja Marinara, Anchovy Mayo, Hot Honey, House Pickles - these are just some of the stunning fillings we are using to make some delicious Panuozzo combinations.
