​Welcome to The Dough Works, a shop where amazing hospitality, comes naturally. We are a duo of food enthusiasts and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. The Dough Works is designed to be a journey to satisfy all your hospitality cravings, a place where you can stop by for a delicious coffee, or you can elevate your work lunch with a Panuozzo. However the journey starts with lunch and ends with a weekend social dining experience that ticks all the boxes. Innovative cocktails, Unique Neapolitan Pizza's, old world wines and continental drinks.

​We are a hospitality duo bringing a combined experience of 20 years across the industry. We love creating unique experiences and believe that great dining culture should be effortless, with attention to detail coming naturally. Chelsea, Zac and Merlin

Business Owners and Professional Pizza Tester

Chelsea takes the helm in the kitchen, with years of pizza training, each slice is unique and delicious. Chelsea recently worked at Topsham's South West Pizza Company, serving up great food and warm dining experiences for local residents.

You'll find Zac out front, shaking up cocktails and brewing the coffee. Zac recently worked at Winslade Manor, serving up the best cocktails in the area, something he believes passionately in.

​

Merlin, the two year old terrier mix, is the shops resident pizza tester. If he doesn't approve a new recipe, it doesn't land on our menu (he is very serious about his role).

Together we are a team of hospitality enthusiasts, who have taken the leap to start our own journey. We can't wait to greet the local community and serve up some unique experiences you won't get elsewhere.
